The protection of your personal data is very important to OA&L. Therefore your data is exclusively processed on the basis of the EU legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation). Below you can read about the most important aspects of how your data is being handled within this website.

Data via e-mail

If you contact OA&L via e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be shared and without your consent.

Collection and use of data for contract processing and opening a customer account

OA&L collects personal information (name, address, e-mail address, credit card information) when you voluntarily provide it to OA&L as part of your order, when contacting OA&L (for example, by contact form or e-mail) or when opening a customer account. OA&L uses the data provided by you to process your inquiries and orders. After the completion of your order or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention period (7 years), unless you have expressively consented to a further use of your data. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by either contacting OA&L directly or via a designated function in the customer account. If a shopping process is abandoned, the provided data will not be stored. 


Data transfer for fulfillment of the contract

In order to fulfill the contract and therefore your inquiry, OA&L will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. In order to process payments, OA&L will pass on the necessary payment data to the credit institution or payment service provider that was selected by you during the ordering process. In order to fulfill the tax obligations, OA&L will pass on necessary information to its tax adviser. 


Use of your e-mail address

We use the date provided by you to fulfill and process your order. When registering for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used to inform you about new releases, happenings and other relevant news until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Your e-mail address will not be shared without your consent. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time.


Use of cookies
