Shipping and handling

Each artwork is carefully protected, packed, and usually shipped flat (it may be un-stretched and rolled depending on the size and material). Please note that shipping may require custom fees such as crating or white glove delivery and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. International shipping is available for select countries, and the cost varies depending on the artwork and destination. Return and exchange policy

Please take the time to carefully make your decision as all artwork sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In the event that something is damaged during shipment, please make sure to take photos of the damaged package before opening it as well as any additional photos showing the condition of the delivered work. These images will be used to file a viable claim with the shipping company. Please get in touch directly via hello@ofatomsandlines.com so we can assist you with a resolution.

Commissions

If you are interested in commissioning a piece, please have a look at the information below and feel free to send your inquiry to hello@ofatomsandlines.com. After receiving your inquiry, you will be send a tailored quote within 2-3 business days including all relevant details as well as an estimate for the shipping costs. In order to get started, a 50% down payment is required upfront for all commissions. Jelena will then work with you on creating a visual document incorporating the size, style and colours, as well as other relevant references you have in mind. As part of the creative process, the following design stages are included in the pricing of each commissioned piece:

° consultation
° visual document and preliminary sketch
° feedback and 1-2 revision rounds
° final approval and creation of artwork

In some cases, digitally edited preliminary ske tches can be photoshopped into your space to help you feel confident in your purchase.

By commissioning your own individual piece, you are receiving a one-of-a-kind artwork that incorporates your personal story and preferences. Depending on availability as well as size and scope, the duration of a commission can take from 1 to 3 months.
